The production department
Our production department is developed in a controlled environment with air treatment and maintenance of constant temperature and humidity under overpressure in order to improve the well-being of staff and ensure high product quality. Our production department has 19 injection moulding machines (Arburg and Fanuc) for single and dual-material parts. We can process from 0.1 to 650 grammes, operate a continuous cycle 7 days a week, and always have 2 moulding machines at 50% load to fulfil urgent requirements within 24 hours.
We are very particular about the level of hygiene on our premises, which are tiled and equipped with stainless steel mosquito screens, high-speed doors and systems for cleansing the air and controlling insects. It is this focus on the cleanliness of our production department that enabled us to obtain ISO 13485 certification and process components in contact with food, in compliance with Italian food safety standards (M.O.C.A.), two attributes that demonstrate our reliability as a supplier for the food and medical sectors.
Production
We follow every project from start to finish: from the choice of compounds to the creation of the mould, through post-production, packaging and life cycle.
We are currently able to work more than 60 different plastic compounds and for each project we choose the most suitable one based on the application of the finished component.
In the 2800sqm covered that make up our production site we have a warehouse where we implement a Kanban logistics and guarantee a delivery within 24h from the order to not leave our customers without the components necessary for their workflow.
